Graston Technique is an instrument based soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments) therapy that is used to break up adhesions, scar tissue, inflammation, and swelling. The instruments used are stainless steel based and are very effective for numerous issues such as tendinitis, muscle spasm, decreased flexibility, tightness/tension, and stiffness.
